The latest addition to the Kerr Scott Reservoir trails (Dark Mountain, "OVT" Overmountain Victory Trail, Fish Dam Creek), located on the SW side of the reservoir and connected to the rest of the trails by the "OVT". The Warrior Creek trails are part of the campground area of the same name...they run along the contours of the reservoir and transition into where the upper Yadkin River feeds the lake. This is one of the most scenic and challenging trails in the trail complex.
Take N.C. 268 west from Wilkesboro. Eight miles past U.S. 421, turn right at the campground sign and follow the access road to the campground.
